Gala Pro is an event planning and production company based in Dubai. We plan, design and run weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and brand activations across the UAE, handling the concept, venue, suppliers, styling and on-site coordination with one team.
We are based at Sur La Mer in Dubai and have been planning events here since 2018. We also produce events in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, and can travel for destination events in the GCC. Share your location and we will confirm availability.
For events of 100 or more guests, venue transformations or corporate productions, contact us 8 to 12 weeks ahead. For smaller private celebrations, 4 to 6 weeks is usually enough. We do take on short-notice events and will tell you honestly what is possible.
Yes. We shortlist venues that suit your guest count, style and logistics, from hotel ballrooms and rooftop terraces to beachfronts and private villas, and we handle all communication with the venue on your behalf.
Creative direction and concept, venue coordination, supplier management (florals, catering, lighting, entertainment and photography), styling and décor, logistics and scheduling, and on-site coordination from setup to breakdown. In short, everything from the brief to the last guest leaving.
Yes. We plan events across a range of budgets and are open about what each level can achieve. Our job is to get the most out of your budget, not to upsell, so we help you spend it where your guests will notice most.
Both. We lead the creative direction and manage all styling, including florals, backdrops, table settings, furniture, lighting design and full venue dressing, working with trusted floral and styling suppliers in Dubai.
